CVS to Bazaar using cvsps-import

Hi,

I'm trying to convert my cvs repository to bazaar (As I'm curious to try
bazaar).

I've seen this tool to do so : http://bazaar-vcs.org/CVSPSImport

here is the content of my cvs repo :

The tool is to be used like this :

bzr cvsps-import path/to/cvsroot module output

I understand the 2 first parameters, but not the last !
What should I do with the 'output' ?
I would expect that my cvs repo would be imported into bazaar.
What should I do next ?
