When I want bread, I go to the grocery store. When I want shampoo or
flowers, I also go to the grocery store, because my grocery store is
also a drug store, and also sells flowers.

Similarly, all our smart Transports are also Transports, and one ought
to be able to do the same things with a smart transport that we do with
a dumb one. Especially in the case of HTTP, which may be a smart or
dumb transport.
