I just want to check that you *do* have "everythingelse" selected, but not
"codereview". And further, what is your setting for "receive message handlers
that do not match any filter"?

Looking at the headers (Ctrl+U in Thunderbird), it seems that topics matching
"codereview" are also matching "everythingelse". (Look for X-Topics-List).

The problem is that it is a whitelist, so "everythingelse" still matches, and
thus gets filtered *in*, even though it also matches "codereview".
