Bzr plugins *must* die!

Sorry, I phrased that question badly.  I know that the PPA only allows
one version of any given package and cannot maintain older ones.

What I'm getting at is more that, when the new bzr package is uploaded
(and hence bzrtools and possibly bzr-gtk and bzr-svn compatibility is
broken), how difficult would it be to ensure those other packages are
simultaneously updated to mutually-compatible versions?  Or at least
guaranteed to be updated within, say, 24 or 48 hours of bzr release.
