I'm guessing it was a general "things that could be done at 'build'
time". However, if the test suite actually fails on debian/ubuntu then
it would generally not be allowed to be part of the release. So I'm not
really sure capturing the results would be interesting.

Unless you are running the test suite *with* plugins, which could be
interesting, as some plugins may be failing.
