Error on checkout of Subversion repository from googlecode.com

Howdy all,

I'm having the following error attempting to checkout from a
Subversion repository on googlecode.com:

I'm unable to find whether this is a reported bug. Regardless, is it a
problem at my end, or something I can work around?
