[MERGE] bzrlib.trace.debug_memory() helper

I wanted to probe some memory consumption issues, and I notice we already have
code to spit out the values in /proc/PID/status. I updated it a bit, so that
it can just spit out the important values.
I'd like to get this merged, as it makes it easier to drop a few debug calls
around the code that you are profiling. I'm sure something like heapy might
give more info, but sometimes you just want the basic outline, and I found it
helpful.
