Some time ago I made a Vim Tips Wiki page of the same idea. Later
I extended it to include VCS tools; pretty much the same thing I posted
here a couple of days ago. The tip is here:

But yes, given the nature of Vim tips - relatively small general-purpose
usage tips - it's probably not good idea to do any specialized and
perhaps Bazaar-specific improvements to the Vim Tips Wiki. So Launchpad
is better place for that kind of thing.
