Recent update to bzr.dev is a blocker

OK, it may be stupid of me but I am running bzr.dev -- until there are
Solaris 10 packages for Bazaar this is going to be the easiest way for
me to run the same systems on Solaris 10, Mac OS X and Ubuntu. This
morning's update now leaves me with an inability to actually do anything
with Bazaar. In almost all situations I am now getting errors. For
example:

|> bzr missing
Using saved parent location:
https://svn.codehaus.org/gradle/gradle-core/trunk
bzr-svn is not up to date with installed bzr version 1.8dev.
There should be a newer version of bzr-svn available.
bzr: ERROR: Version mismatch
|>

However I am using a branch of the 0.4 development branch of bzr-svn.
On the other hand this is not a bzr-svn issue per se:

|> ./all.sh missing
Plugin "Bzrtools" is not up to date with installed Bazaar version
1.8dev.
There should be a newer version of Bzrtools available, e.g. 1.8.
|>

all.sh is a trivial little shell script to cd into all subdirectories
and run a bzr command.

So currently I am blocked form doing any operations using bzr, which is
a bit unfortunate.
