Newbie question: Why did bzr add miss a directory?

I've seen it myself, on Windows, with Bazaar 1.5. One folder that,
when using add with no-args kept being ommitted.  Uncommit, revert,
repeat... same deal.

It was urgent so I worked around it, thinking I'd figure out a repro
script without sensitive content in it later - never could reproduce
it, with or without the project content that caused it.

It's also never happened again.  I always status after add before
commit now though.
