New transparent bazaar icon

I've attached a new bzr.ico windows icon I'd like considered for checking
into bzr.dev - I haven't attached a bundle due to the binary nature of the
modified file.

This new icon includes 64x64, 48x48, 32x32 and 16x16, 8bit color icons.  The
primary difference to the existing icon is that the background is
transparent (the existing icon has no transparent areas) and the new 64x64
size, converted from the png files at http://bazaar-vcs.org/LogoOptions.  I
discussed this with Alex Belchenko who contributed the existing icon, and
the only reason he didn't use a transparent background was getting a
reasonable "edge" between the solid and transparent areas, and the icon at
http://bazaar-vcs.org/LogoOptions suffers from the same problem.  I've used
an icon editor to hand-edit the borders in each of the images to get a good
effect at each of the resolutions.  IMO, this greatly improves the
appearance of the icon, particularly on Vista.
