Bazaar 1.6.1rc2 released

I just put together a 1.6.1rc2 release. It seems I misunderstood some of the
code when I put together one of the patches for 1.6.1rc1.

I'm still planning on releasing 1.6.1 this Friday. I could delay it again, but
with 1.7rc1 happening on Monday, there really isn't much point. Any more
regressions in 1.6 will just be considered fixed in 1.7.

As always, you can download the source package from:

Windows and Mac installers are also commonly found there, or you can use the
beta ppa
