This is a known bug in bzr+ssh connections that Andrew has been repeatedly
poked to look at. Basically, RemoteBranch doesn't always lock its
RemoteRepository when asked.

I could have sworn *he* thought he had fixed that, but it might have been
missed before he went on vacation.

So Andrew- *poke*.

And 1.7 will be out very soon, so I doubt I'll be doing a 1.6.2.
