[RFC] Repository.revision_tree(None) ?

Repository.revision_tree() currently doesn't warn when it receives a
None revision_id. There are also several places where None is specified
as argument to Repository.revision_tree(). Is this intentional, or
should it (consistently with other functions) be changed to using
NULL_REVISION?
