[MERGE] Fix test_pending_specific_files

This patch fixes a test suite problem, introduced in r3640, which makes
status include pending even with specified files. For users with
non-ascii name (like mine :() this breaks
bzrlib.tests.blackbox.test_status.TestStatus.test_pending_specific_files
