Bazaar 1.6 released!

Hi everyone,

I cannot remember if this was the case for previous versions post-1.0 as 
well (it was not when I first used Bazaar), but the standalone Windows 
installer for Bazaar 1.6 requires administrator privileges to install on 
Windows XP. Administrator privileges may indeed be required for the 
installation of certain complementary tools like TortoiseBZR, but 
requiring it for a basic installation of Bazaar means that students who 
may wish to install Bazaar on their school computers for their own 
accounts would not be able to use the standalone Windows installer.

Could the standalone Windows installer be modified such that 
administrator privileges are optional?
