HTTP access to files on bazaar-vcs.org?

Sorry, I've been a bit busy getting 1.6 released. I should be able to upload
them today. Though I was poking around at the files, and they don't seem quite
what I would expect.

For example in the "artifacts.xml" file I see:

<repository name='file:/P:/qbzr-eclipse/qbzr-eclipse-update-site/ - artifacts'

Which seems to have hard-coded your path on disk. And I would guess that most
people don't have a "P:/" drive with your files available. I don't have any
idea whether that will need to be changed or not. I'm just pointing out
something that looked odd.

(context.xml also has P:/ hardcoded in it.)

As for the final URL for it to be available at, because the primary
bazaar-vcs.org site is a Wiki, there is only a bit of the namespace that is
available for putting files. Getting that changed would require me filing a
ticket to get an admin to adjust the http access rules, etc.

At the moment, I know I could put it at:

 http://bazaar-vcs.org/releases/qbzr-eclipse-update

Along side the src, mac, win32, and rpms directories.

Does that seem sufficient?
