[MERGE] Remove deprecated Branch.abspath and unimplemented Branch.rename_one and Branch.move.

The attached patch removes Branch.abspath, which has been deprecated
since 0.16, as well as Branch.rename_one and Branch.move - both of
which are abstract and seem totally out of place on Branch to me.
