Hi,
In writing my Eclipse plugin for Bazaar I thought of a feature that I
think would be very useful. That is, when a file is moved into a
directory that has not been added to Bazaar and the --add-directories
option is specified it would add (not recursively though) the parent
directories needed (i.e the ones not currently under bzr version
control). I think this is actually very useful from the command line
too. It has happened often that I need to run bzr add --no-recurse for
each and every parent directory manually. Clearly if I try to move
something into a directory that bzr doesn't know about a sensible
thing for bzr to be able to do would be to add the directories it
needs so the move is possible.
Anyone think this is a good idea?
Nick
