You can always set BZR_PLUGIN_PATH on each machine to give a custom location
from which to import plugins. Something like:
export BZR_PLUGIN_PATH="$HOME/.bazaar/plugins:$HOME/.bazaar/$HOSTNAME/plugins"
or something along those lines should work fine.
