bzr-eclipse

OK so having broken out Eclipse and actually started it, I find there
was a bzr-eclipse update so I installed it -- very Pavlovian I know, see
a plugin update so load it. :-)

I find though that all the menu items for the Team context menu are
greyed out.  This is using Eclipse 3.4.

I don't think this is a new plugin problem, I think it  might be a
Eclipse 3.4 related problem?
