Awesome - in the short term, please join the tortoisebzr-developers group at
launchpad (https://launchpad.net/~tortoisebzr-developers) and subscribe to
the mailing list. I hope to collect a few thoughts and post there in the
next couple of days about the major challenges I see for tortoise. Many of
them relate to exposing a sane UI for bzr itself, particularly where
TortoiseSVN doesn't have a similar concept - eg, should a directory holding
a 'checkout' have different menu items than a regular 'branch'? What is the
"complete set" of context-menu commands that we should aim for? Another
area relates to how best tweak the QBzr plugin to meet both the original
design goals of QBzr and also any special requirements that TortoiseBzr has.
As mentioned, I hope to start some of these discussions on the
tortoisebzr-developers mailing list...
