[MERGE] Stop passing specific_file lists to show_tree_status

This fixes a performance regression in 'bzr status .' and similar
invocations.
specific path processing is much more expensive than full-tree
processing, when the same set of paths is being considered, so we should
not pass in specific_files except when there are actually interesting
files :)
