Thanks for your interest!

I haven't written any user documentation yet.

I maintain lists of what's done and where I'm headed in the NEWS and
TODO files in the branch
(http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~matthewlmcclure/bzrp4/trunk/files).

At the moment, I'm working on Perforce-to-Bazaar migration. I'm
breaking apart Simon Hausmann's git-p4 so that I can intercept the
git-fast-export format that it produces before it delivers the
git-fast-export data to git-fast-import. I hope the Bazaar
fast-import plugin will handle the rest of the job to create a Bazaar
branch.

I also want a production-quality tool that handles the return trip
from Bazaar to Perforce, but it's not the focus of my current effort.
I'm using Robey Pointer's bzr2p4 in my automated tests, and evolving
it only as necessary.

I don't personally use either git-p4 or bzr2p4 for my day-to-day work
yet. I gather that Robey was using his tool when he published it, and
that a number of people use git-p4, and I'm doing my best to make my
changes in ways that only improve these tools and never introduce
regressions.
