bzr init suddenly got verbose?

FWIW, I'm -0 on this change. IIRC, the person who submitted the change
had a good reason for it, but it didn't need to be so verbose.

If it annoys me enough, I'll just alias "init" to "init -q" and forget
about it.

(Eek, acronym overload.)
