[MERGE][1.6] Update repo description strings

Hi all,

This patch updates the format descriptions for the new repo formats
introduced in 1.6.

Since it's just text, I hope it can land in 1.6, and I've prepared it
against the bzr 1.6 branch.

These strings are shown by 'bzr info' and by Launchpad.  Until now, they
have always been single-line descriptions, and that's what both 'info'
and Launchpad expect.  But the new formats use their class docstring
instead.  I have overridden the descriptions in Launchpad, but I'd
rather be consistent with 'info' if possible.

I have avoided calling them "knitpack" formats, because that terminology
is not used outside of the source code.
