Bundle Buggy suggestion: leave the 'merged' subject line alone

You may find you can tell just from the presence of an extra final
message from BB.

It turns out that it won't break the thread as long as the new text is
in square brackets.  Just changing it to [merged!] should keep
everyone happy.
