He normally does not; it's myself, Andrew, John and Ian. I sometimes
send a brief point form summary to a list that includes Aaron. In
theory anyone at Canonical can join; in practice this rarely happens.
I would have no objection to anyone else joining, as long as it's not
so large as to be unwieldy. I normally ping people in the #bzr
channel beforehand, at about 23:00utc.
