Two things:
1. Maybe it's time to split the ML into development and user lists.
High traffic seems to be a common complaint.
2. "Bundle Buggy acknowledges this patch" messages are mostly noise.
The only reason I do 'em is to provide the link. Perhaps BB could
accept the messages directly, append the URL in a footer, and then
forward to the list?
