[MERGE] Give the user a bit more information about which saved location is being used.

Hi,

I think some people don't understand the different locations
and where each is used, and I think the attached will help with
that.

Telling the user which location bzr looked up along with the location
will help the user learn what the different locations are. Telling
them which location bzr looked up for each command helps them
to know which locations each command uses.
