[MERGE][#120050] Give and example of --fixes in the help for the option.

Hi,

In bug #120050 it was requested to expand "bzr help bugs", and
add some pointers to it from a couple of locations as many users
have trouble knowing what to pas for --fixes.

Here's my attempt to help here, with thanks to John for a couple
of the suggestions.

Hardcoding the bugtrackers in the help text is obviously not ideal,
but there's no easy way to list them. We could add a second registry,
or extend the original, but that seemed like overkill.
