Well, he's just telling something I already know.

If BB believes that a patch is supposed to land on Bazaar, I believe
that it should always tell us about it.  If it's correct, then we need
to review it.  If it's not correct, then someone needs to reassign it.
It's hard for BB to know whether or not BB's assignment is correct, so
it will have to be us that reassign it.

That's true, but I don't think that's fixable.  Clicking on the link is
not a tremendous burden.

In one sense, it found the email in /home/abentley/BundleBuggy/mail_queue

But I could record the probable mailing list, by analysing the headers,
in many cases.

I think once the assignment of patches to the correct project is fixed,
the amount of surprise and irritation will go way down.
