This was the migration that I just did. (Not my blog: it's a colleague's).
The migration did go very well indeed: no complaints from anyone. Plenty
of questions about the paradigm shift, but in the end I think everyone's
got it. The only problem we've had has been with the trac-bzr plugin,
but I'm hoping to be able to help out a bit with that soon.
Special mention went to the plugin architecture in that blog post
because we've been hard at work writing a plugin to automate certain
tasks that are specific to our repository layout and workflow.
Previously we used a completely standalone tool for this which was
developed over a long period, so it's amazing how quickly this new
plugin has developed already: testament to the bzr plugin architecture's
power and flexibility.
Many thanks to everyone who has answered questions I've asked about how
bzr is used and works. The community has been fantastic. :)
