Configuration across multiple configuration files

Howdy all,

I'm trying to consolidate my home directory across many different
machines, in particular by consolidating user-specific configuration
for programs.

Largely this means splitting configuration into separate config files
for "settings common to all hosts" versus "settings to apply only on
specific hosts", and using whatever facility the program allows to
consolidate those separate config files into a single configuration.

What facility does Bazaar have for splitting (e.g.) my
"$HOME/.bazaar/bazaar.conf" into separate files and having them all
applied together when I run 'bzr'?
