FYI, the work I'm doing at the moment involves *avoiding* an alternative GUI
- I'm hoping to reuse as much of the gtk plugin, without modification, as
possible.  This is working out fairly well (ie, I've managed to remove
almost all GUI code from the "tbzr commands") but there are a couple of
issues I'm running in to.

Over the next week or so I will subscribe to the bzr-gtk mailing list and
seeing what trouble I can cause there ;)
