New Bundle Buggy features

Hi all,

I've recently updated Bundle Buggy.
- - Only mainline commits are shown, and mainline commits are always
shown.  (previously, it showed all commits in the bundle, and if there
was no bundle, nothing was shown)
- - Bundle Buggy now handles grouped submissions better, by indicating
which merge request each merge request is based on.
- - Some visual reorganization of supplemental data
