Bundle Buggy on Postgresql

Hi all,

I've moved Bundle Buggy to Postgresql.  Thanks again to Guillermo
Gonzalez for the migration tool.  Hopefully, this will be more stable
than SQLite was.  (FWICT, it's not SQLite that's the problem, but the
way TurboGears uses it.)

It seems to work properly, but please let me know of any issues you
encounter.
