[ANN/RFC] BundleBuggy can now also be moved to Postgresql

Hi!

As a follow up, I'm glad to announce an update to the migration scripts.

Now they support Postgresql as a dest. database.
So, for the moment the current is supported:

 * sqlite --> MySQL
 * sqlite --> Postgresql

The code is available at the same branch.
