[ANN/RFC] BundleBuggy can now be moved to MySQL

Hi all!

I'm glad to announce the availability of the scripts to migrate the
sqlite database of BundleBuggy instances to MySQL.

The code quality if far form ideal, but 'just works' :D
I tested this scripts with an old database from the bzr BundleBuggy instance.
If there are any glitches, please drop me an email o poke me at IRC.
