Initial performance results for (multi)VersionFiles branch

The attached spreadsheet compares bzr.dev rev 3394 to
that same revision with Robert's VersionedFiles code
merged. The repositories used were large but without history.
The times shown/compared are the fastest times from 3 runs.

Some quick observations:

* commit and diff look a little slower
* log looks quicker.

I'm running some more tests now with deep history
repositories. I also have some test results from smaller
repositories that I need to look at to see if the above
observations hold true generally or not.

PS: I've pushed a new version of bzr-usertest that takes
the best times from across runs by default, instead of
showing the times from the best overall run. The summary
results have less "noise" accordingly but still aren't as
repeatable as I'd like.
