Bazaar and savannah don't like each other

Ah, looking at the activity log of the bug shows that the milestone
was set to 1.6 when it was set to "Fix Released", so this may just
be fixed in bzr.dev.

As the bug says you should be able to use "nosmart+http://..." to
work around the problem.
