[loggerhead/MERGE][#138021] Cleaner URLs patch

Hi again.

This patch primarily changes all URLs from using revids to revnos,
which is much more easy on the eyes.

There are some other random cleanups, and I'm now showing the revid in
the revision info, as you can't steal it from the URL anymore.

One thing that I explicitly left out was bug #187205, which wants file
paths in URL. That may turn out to be tricky with cherrypy, so I'm
deferring that until we move to something saner.
