[loggerhead/MERGE] Switch Loggerhead from KID to ZPT template engine

This is the second batch of patches for Loggerhead.

This patch combines the replacement of deprecated methods, removing
anything that has to do with KID, and replacing it with ZPT templates.

Quick tests shows at least 6x improvement over KID, generating a 36k
line diff in KID takes about 1.36min, and with ZPT it takes 0.36min.

There's a lot more room for improvement, and some of that work I've
already done, so expect a few more patches to follow the next few
days.
