I wonder if http://bazaar-vcs.org/UsingPlugins needs some attention from
a person who knows something about Windows -- I am fairly certain that
$APPDATA/bazaar/2.0/plugins is not a valid path specification.
CMD seems to do very silly things like not treat %APPDATA% sanely, nor
does DIR show "Applications Data" as a directory though Explorer does.
Once you get the plugins loaded everything seems to work, but I think
the webpages are going to have to pander more to Windows users as it is
very likely that will be a major platform for people -- even though they
should switch to Ubuntu, they either won't be allowed to or just
won't :-(
