It is nicer if you can get your email client to show these inline, rather than
considering them application/octet-stream.

I'm not sure how to do that for apple mail. Maybe just calling it a .txt?

Anyway, it makes it easier to review the patch, because then you can read it in
your email app, rather than having to save the attachment, etc.

Anyway, looking over it, the changes seem fine.
