You have an old form of the compiled pyrex extensions. You need to just run
'make' to rebuild the new ones.

Pre 1.4 or so PatienceSequenceMatcher only allowed simple strings. We now allow
any object that can be compared.

I think there is a bug open about warning when we notice that the .so file is
older than the .pyx, etc. But it isn't trivial to implement.
