I assume you mean on the central storage? Because once it's been
branched to a local disk, you can off course have no control over it.
If you use sftp, (or I assume bzr+ssh) then you can just make sure
that the unix groups (assuming you are using unix/linux on central
storage) is based on the LDAP. Then you can add/remove people from
the LDAP groups that should have access to things, and just chown it
right.
