They were both out of date.  I updated them as best I could.  Some of the
installer packages are not available for 1.5 yet (win32-py24, win32-py25, MacOSX
10.5?) but I updated them to the most recent versions at least.

This is the place.  If you'd like to fix such problems yourself in the future,
the baaar-vcs.org web pages are a wiki where you are free to make any edits you
choose after registering.
