[ANN] Bazaar 1.5 Installer for OS X 10.4 (universal)

Hi!

I'm glad to announce the immediate availability of the Bazaar 1.5
universal Installer for Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)

It's my first attempt to build a universal installer, and I'm not able
to test it :-( . (I'm building it in ppc arch)

Please, if you find any glitches, please report it either on the list,
or directly to me.
