[ANN] bzr-gedit 0.4, now with more bzr-gtk!

I've just released version 0.4 of bzr-gedit, integrating some bzr-gtk
functions and allowing this plugin to grow.
What's new?:
* Added "conflicts" and "manage patch" option
* Added bazaar config menu
* Added 'manage tags' menu
* Added tags command
* Added icons to menu

Also, I've been doing research to work with threads, it looks difficult, but
I'll find a way to make it work.
